How to choose your session
Seven massage services in Hermitage and 20 listed prices is a lot to scan on a phone, so here is the short version. Worth knowing before you pick: the NIH's National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes massage therapy as generally safe for most people when it is performed by a trained practitioner — so the decision below is mostly about what you want out of the hour.
Foot, table or chair?
Foot reflexology is steady pressure through the feet, ankles and lower legs, and it is the treatment the studio is named for. Table massage is the full-body session most people picture, face down under a sheet. Chair massage is seated and fully clothed, working the neck, shoulders, upper back and arms — nothing to undress for and no oil, which is why it suits a stop on the way home.
How long should you book?
Sixty minutes is the safe first booking at $80 for feet or $80 on the table. Choose 30 minutes when one area needs attention and the afternoon is short. At 90 minutes the therapist can cover everything and still slow down on the tight spots, and the two-hour table session at $160 is for days you would rather not watch the clock.
Booking because your lower back has been complaining? Our page on deep tissue massage reports what the research actually found, which is more measured than most menus would have you believe.
Which combination session?
Both combinations run 60 minutes and both open with half an hour of foot reflexology. The difference is where the second half happens, and either one costs $20 less than booking its two halves as separate appointments.
| Option | Time | Price | Choose it for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Combination A — Foot + Table | 60 min | $90 | Tired feet and a tight back in one visit |
| Combination B — Foot + Chair | 60 min | $80 | Feet plus neck and shoulders, staying dressed |
| Foot Reflexology | 60 min | $80 | The full hour on the feet, nothing split |
| Deep Tissue Massage | 60 min | $100 | Slower, firmer work on a specific problem area |
Booking for two?
Couples massage puts two tables side by side in one room, so both of you are worked at the same time rather than in shifts. It books at 30, 60 or 90 minutes for $120, $160 and $240. Our couples massage page covers the practical questions — what happens if one of you wants firm pressure and the other does not, and whether people talk during it.
Still deciding?
- Name the goal. Sore feet, a stiff shoulder, an hour of quiet, a date night — every service on this page maps to one of those. If it is plain relaxation you are after, Mayo Clinic's overview of relaxation techniques is a good primer on keeping the effect going between visits.
- Pick your time. Thirty minutes for one area, 60 for maintenance, 90 when something specific hurts.
- Book online or call (615) 835-2603. Square shows live availability and takes about a minute, and it is the only way to hold a specific time — everything on this page is bookable through it.
Two practical notes before you book. Massage therapy is a licensed profession in Tennessee, regulated by the Tennessee Massage Licensure Board, whose register is public — worth a look before a first session anywhere. And we are open seven days, but not the same seven hours. Monday and Wednesday through Saturday run 10 AM to 8 PM, Sunday runs 12 PM to 7 PM, and Tuesday is a short day at 11 AM to 4 PM — so a Tuesday evening booking is the one thing the calendar cannot do.

Pricing questions, answered
How much does a massage cost in Hermitage TN?
At LJY Reflexology, foot reflexology is $50 for 30 minutes and $80 for 60 minutes. Table massage starts at $60, chair massage at $35 for 20 minutes, deep tissue at $100 for the hour and couples massage at $160. Every figure on this page matches our Square checkout.
Do the listed prices include gratuity?
No — the menu price covers the treatment itself. Gratuity is optional and entirely up to you. If you would like to add one, you can do it in cash or when you pay at the front desk.
How long do sessions last?
Anywhere from 20 to 120 minutes. Chair massage starts at 20 minutes; foot reflexology books at 30, 45, 60 or 90; table massage adds a two-hour option; deep tissue runs 60 or 90 minutes; and both combination sessions are a flat 60 minutes.
How early should I arrive?
A few minutes ahead is plenty — enough time to park in the lot outside, check in, and say where you want the time spent and how much pressure you like. First visit? Give yourself ten minutes and you will not feel rushed.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Call us at (615) 835-2603 as soon as you know. Plans change — the earlier we hear from you, the easier it is to move your appointment or offer the time to someone else. Square also sends a confirmation email when you book online.
