How to choose your session

How long should you book?

Sixty minutes is the safe first booking at $80 for feet or $80 on the table. Choose 30 minutes when one area needs attention and the afternoon is short. At 90 minutes the therapist can cover everything and still slow down on the tight spots, and the two-hour table session at $160 is for days you would rather not watch the clock.

Which combination session?

Both combinations run 60 minutes and both open with half an hour of foot reflexology. The difference is where the second half happens, and either one costs $20 less than booking its two halves as separate appointments.

Booking for two?

Couples massage puts two tables side by side in one room, so both of you are worked at the same time rather than in shifts. It books at 30, 60 or 90 minutes for $120, $160 and $240. Two practical notes before you book. Massage therapy is a licensed profession in Tennessee, regulated by the Tennessee Massage Licensure Board, whose register is public — worth a look before a first session anywhere. And we are open seven days, but not the same seven hours. Monday and Wednesday through Saturday run 10 AM to 8 PM, Sunday runs 12 PM to 7 PM, and Tuesday is a short day at 11 AM to 4 PM — so a Tuesday evening booking is the one thing the calendar cannot do.
